Isle of Islay Gin
Espresso Martini
- 50 mls Gin
- 22mls Tia Maria or Kahlua
- 22ml cold coffee (espresso preferably)
- Coffee beans to garnish
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the gin, Tia Maria or Kahlua and espresso. Shake together then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
